Occupational therapy (OT) at FCMLCC assists students in developing essential skills to take part in their daily activities. Whether it's getting dressed, eating, drawing, or building, OT facilitates a child's understanding and independence in whatever they do. We are fortunate to be able to work with our kids in a one-on-one setting, in a classroom surrounded by peers, and even outdoors. Children engage in a variety of games that challenge their visual and fine motor skills, practice whole body coordination, and improve cooperation capabilities, all while having fun--because when we learn through play we learn faster and remember longer!
